Who We Are

WDYTYR Leadership & Christian Coaching exists to support pastors and ministry leaders in leading from identity rather than pressure.​ We believe leadership in the Church is sacred work. It requires spiritual grounding, emotional resilience, and clarity of calling.

 

Before leadership is visible, it must be formed. Before direction is given, it must be discerned.​ Our work is rooted in Scripture and guided by thoughtful, compassionate conversation.​ Through Christ-centered coaching and leadership formation, we equip ministry leaders to deepen their identity in Christ, clarify their calling, and build sustainable rhythms for long-term, faithful service.​​​ 

 

WDYTYR provides faith-based, non-clinical coaching services. We do not offer licensed mental health counseling, diagnosis, or treatment, and our services are not a substitute for professional therapy.​
